This week’s guest is Andrea Rumler.

Andrea is a licensed clinical counselor, yoga teacher, and golf coach.

She has a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and comes with a wealth of knowledge around spirituality, psychology, philosophy, wellness, and social justice.

In this week’s episode, Andrea shares her surprising but inspiring journey into yoga, as well as some of the biggest lessons it taught her.

We also discuss the importance of living in alignment with values and noticing our thoughts and feelings (without judgment).

This conversation expanded our perspectives of mental health and provided many tangible actions to deal with anxiety and/or depression.
